Our Companions do not provide\n     regulated personal care, nursing,\n     clinical treatment or medical services.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     We do not directly provide specialist\n     legal, financial, therapeutic or\n     other regulated professional services.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Where requested services fall outside\n     our operational scope, we may decline\n     the request or help coordinate an\n     appropriate independent professional.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Our services are not a substitute for\n     emergency services, clinical care,\n     regulated personal care or other\n     specialist support.\n    <\/p>\n   <\/section>\n\n   <section class=\"policy-section\" id=\"terms-4\">\n    <h2>4. Pricing &amp; Service Charges<\/h2>\n    <p>\n     Service prices depend on the\n     selected service, location,\n     booking duration, package\n     and any agreed additional arrangements.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     We aim to communicate the\n     applicable charges before\n     confirming a booking.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     AAMEVOL may offer hourly bookings,\n     recurring arrangements and\n     Peace of Mind packages.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Any minimum booking requirement,\n     where applicable, will be\n     communicated before the\n     booking is confirmed.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Additional costs may apply\n     for travel, mileage, admission,\n     specialist services and\n     agreed out-of-pocket expenses.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     The agreed quotation or booking\n     confirmation should specify\n     whether prices include any\n     applicable VAT.\n    <\/p>\n   <\/section>\n\n   <section class=\"policy-section\" id=\"terms-7\">\n    <h2>7. Deposits, Advance Payments &amp; Invoicing<\/h2>\n    <p>\n     AAMEVOL may require an agreed\n     deposit or initial payment\n     as part of the booking process.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Unless otherwise agreed in writing,\n     service charges are payable\n     in advance of the relevant\n     service period or booking.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     The amount, due date and purpose\n     of any deposit or advance payment\n     will be explained before\n     payment is requested.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     We may postpone services\n     where an agreed payment\n     has not been received,\n     subject to applicable\n     consumer rights and\n     contractual obligations.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Payments should be made\n     through payment methods\n     authorised by AAMEVOL Living.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Any overpayment or credit\n     due to a client will be\n     handled in accordance\n     with the applicable\n     agreement and law.\n    <\/p>\n   <\/section>\n\n   <section class=\"policy-section\" id=\"terms-8\">\n    <h2>8. Cancellations, Rescheduling &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n    <p>\n     Clients should notify us\n     as early as reasonably\n     possible if they wish\n     to cancel or reschedule\n     a booking.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Any applicable cancellation\n     charges must be clearly\n     disclosed before the booking\n     is confirmed and must\n     comply with consumer law.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Where a booking is made\n     online, by telephone or\n     away from business premises,\n     statutory cancellation rights\n     may apply, including a\n     14-day cancellation period\n     in qualifying circumstances.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     If a client expressly\n     requests that a service\n     begin during an applicable\n     cancellation period,\n     the relevant legal\n     requirements concerning\n     early performance and\n     payment must be followed.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     If AAMEVOL cannot deliver\n     an agreed service,\n     we will discuss a\n     suitable replacement,\n     rescheduling or an\n     appropriate refund.\n     A credit note will not\n     replace a refund where\n     the client is legally\n     entitled to receive one.\n    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"note\">\n     <p>\n      The exact notice periods,\n      cancellation fees,\n      package refund calculations\n      and any non-refundable\n      third-party commitments\n      must be set out in\n      the approved booking\n      terms before launch.\n     <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n   <\/section>\n\n   <section class=\"policy-section\" id=\"terms-9\">\n    <h2>9. AAMEVOL Companions &amp; Scheduling<\/h2>\n    <p>\n     We aim to provide\n     consistent Companion\n     matching where reasonably\n     practicable, recognising\n     the importance of\n     continuity and familiarity.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     However, specific\n     Companion availability\n     cannot always be\n     guaranteed.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     We may arrange a\n     suitable alternative\n     Companion where necessary,\n     subject to appropriate\n     communication and\n     service suitability.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Companions are expected\n     to work within agreed\n     duties, safeguarding\n     requirements and\n     professional boundaries.\n    <\/p>\n   <\/section>\n\n   <section class=\"policy-section\" id=\"terms-12\">\n    <h2>12. Independent Trusted Partners<\/h2>\n    <p>\n     Certain specialist\n     lifestyle services\n     may be delivered\n     by independent\n     Trusted Partners.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Examples may include\n     beauty professionals,\n     fitness instructors,\n     tradespeople,\n     specialist chefs,\n     therapists and\n     other independent\n     service providers.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Before a specialist\n     service is arranged,\n     the relevant booking\n     information should\n     explain the identity\n     and contractual role\n     of the provider,\n     the charges and\n     any applicable\n     partner terms.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Where a partner\n     contracts directly\n     with the client,\n     that provider\n     remains responsible\n     for performing\n     its own contractual\n     and professional duties.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Where AAMEVOL\n     contracts to supply\n     a service, its\n     responsibilities\n     cannot be avoided\n     merely by using\n     a subcontractor.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n     Nothing in these\n     terms excludes\n     liability that\n     cannot lawfully\n     be excluded.\n    <\/p>\n   <\/section>\n\n   <section class=\"policy-section\" id=\"terms-13\">\n    <h2>13.
